A Sick Romance

After her parents are mistakenly killed by the Palmers' enemies, a girl is taken in by the boy from next door, who becomes the Palmers' heir. For ten years, Felix Palmer keeps her at his side, using her grandmother's illness as leverage to force her into marriage, and when her coldness never softens, he finds a woman who looks almost exactly like her.

That woman, Darcy Sherman, arrives at the remote villa with her entourage, certain she is confronting a mistress who had surgery to imitate her. She breaks the wife's fingers, slashes her face, and tears apart the sunflowers Felix planted to help her heal.

When Darcy calls the number saved under Honey, it is unreachable, and the wife is left at the mercy of the stand-in and her lackeys.
