Bully My Sister

Jenny moves into the Gayle family's house with her mother, only to find herself living under the same roof as Hector, the boy she has quietly liked for three years. Now her stepbrother, Hector greets her with open contempt, drenching her with a bucket at the front door and mocking her as a temptress who schemed her way into his family. His brother Samuel steps in to shield her, but Hector's hostility only sharpens.

When Hector corners Jenny in her room and demands to know whether she came for Samuel, she cannot tell him the truth: that she moved in because she learned he had come home. Her silence convinces him of the worst, and he warns her never to seduce his brother. A knock at the door brings Samuel's voice, and before Jenny can answer, Hector's hand covers her mouth.

Caught between a family still raw from loss and a boy who refuses to believe her, Jenny must endure his accusations while hiding the feelings she cannot speak.
