Story

The story

Chloe Evans is the entertainment industry's pristine white rose, while her sister Stella Stone is infamous for scandal. When a hundred thousand netizens petition the Public Judgment Tribunal, Stella is charged with Violence, Cold-bloodedness, Negligence, and Promiscuity. Before the impartial Judge of Truth, a device extracts her memories as evidence, and the orphanage director Mrs. Thorne testifies that Stella destroyed her legs.

But the memory fragments show a seven-year-old Stella defending Chloe from bullies, and a childhood accident at the orphanage that injured Liam Hayes and Alex Green. As the live audience turns, Chloe watches with a gloomy expression, and Alex Green steps forward to clarify the truth about the children who grew up with Stella.

In a world where public judgment is rampant, Stella sits expressionless in the defendant's seat, waiting for the verdict.

Opening excerpt

My sister, Chloe Evans, became a shining star, playing a girl tormented by school bullying in her movies.

Netizens called her the pristine white rose of the entertainment industry.

She’d dive into icy water in winter, just to nail a single scene.

Me? I was too delicate. The moment the crew asked me to wear a revealing top, I’d just pull my jacket tighter.

After countless times she subtly, darkly pointed out my supposed malice,

Furious netizens dragged me to the Public Judgment Tribunal.
