The Day My Husband Starved Our Child

After five years of marriage and a long struggle to conceive, Chloe finally gives birth to a son, Leo. To secure his future, she accepts a six-month overseas assignment in Africa. While she is away, her husband Tyler lets their newborn starve to death — all so he can pose as the boyfriend of his childhood sweetheart, Nicole, and help her fend off her family's pressure to marry.

Chloe flies home overnight and walks in on Nicole emerging from her bathroom in a towel. Tyler insists he was only doing Nicole a favor, while Nicole plays the innocent and Tyler's relatives treat the penthouse as Nicole's. When Chloe demands to know where her baby is, Tyler coldly suggests they can have another child.

As Nicole's father and relatives move to throw Chloe out of her own home, Chloe's father arrives and asks why his daughter's house now belongs to someone else.
