My Vacant House Was Occupied – By Strangers

Four years after buying a house near his college, Darren Hawkins never moved in. Then utility bills for the empty property begin arriving, so he returns to Maplewood Heights and finds strangers living inside. The front door has been replaced, a foul smell leaks from within, and an old woman named Gloria Pittman accuses him of breaking into her home.

When Darren produces the property deed bearing his name, Gloria refuses to back down, and the security guard Travis Pittman takes her side. The police call it a civil matter, leaving Darren to fight for the house himself.

With the law slow to act, Darren decides to reclaim what is his, one way or another.
