Story
The story
On her wedding anniversary, a wife finds the driver's seat of her car pushed forward and bread crumbs on the seat. Her husband Lucas blames his cousin, but the cousin is severely allergic to wheat. Following the trail to a bakery, she meets Lucy Lacher, a petite college student her husband recommended for the job. The girl brags about being spoiled, then panics at the sight of her.
On Lucy's wrist is a one-of-a-kind bracelet Lucas won for her at auction, the first gift he ever gave her. At home, the wife finds her closet emptied of treasured things, and security footage reveals Lucas and Lucy together in the closet, and Lucas handing Lucy the property agreement her late mother left her. Her best friend appears on the recording, having lured her away.
She calls her father to stop the investment contract and to find a divorce lawyer. Lucas has learned how to cheat behind her back.
