My Wife's Boyfriend

At Northwood University, Maeve keeps noticing Caleb Chen, the brilliant, aloof computer science student, watching her with a possessive, wounded stare. Strange translucent messages flicker before her eyes, revealing that Caleb is a twenty-nine-year-old husband trapped in his nineteen-year-old body, thrown ten years into the past, where the wife he spent years winning over is still someone else's girlfriend.

Maeve is not actually dating anyone; she only agreed to pose as her childhood friend Jackson's girlfriend for one night to save his pride. Caleb, however, cannot know that, and every man who approaches her feeds his silent, desperate jealousy. When Jackson drags her out of a lecture, Caleb's composure finally cracks.

A man who already lost and won her once must now watch her from the shadows and wait, while the messages warn that this older, world-weary Caleb may not stay patient for long.
