After I Got Divorced, My Best Friend Married My Husband

Ingrid Lloyd and her best friend Maura Sewell marry into New York's prominent Sherman family, becoming sisters-in-law. Ingrid weds the eldest son, Kendrick Sherman, while Maura weds his younger brother, Hayden Sherman. The two friends even arrange to live together in Ingrid and Kendrick's villa, believing their bond will keep them safe from scheming relatives.

But after the engagement, Kendrick grows cold and distant, and Ingrid's efforts to win his heart only meet with polite indifference.
