My Fiancée’s Assistant Stole My Seat—So I Dumped Her

Summoned home by his mother for a blind date, a young man slips away from his top-secret organization to meet Aubrey Dixton, the wealthy entrepreneur everyone in California calls President Dixton. On the plane, his reserved first-class seat is seized by Wesley, her arrogant personal assistant, who waves cash and boasts that the Dixton family owns the airline. When the young man calls Aubrey, she cuts him off, and Wesley grows bolder, threatening to have him thrown off the flight.

Aubrey finally appears in a red dress with bodyguards and coldly dismisses him as unworthy before he can even finish introducing himself as Camden. The cabin erupts, and when Wesley whispers in her ear, she accuses Camden of laying a hand on her people. Bound by his superior's order to avoid conflict, he stays calm and asks her what she intends to do about it—leaving her momentarily stunned.
