My Stepmother Beat Me Until I Had A Miscarriage

After years of estrangement from her father, Gary Hathaway, a young woman returns home to forgive him and share her pregnancy news. But on the eve of his wedding, her stepmother-to-be, Scarlett Brown, mistakes her for a mistress and refuses to hear her explanation.

Scarlett and her bridesmaids beat her mercilessly, ignoring her pleas and the proof of a family photograph. Even after learning she is pregnant, Scarlett orders the attack to continue, determined to destroy the child. As the woman bleeds and drifts toward unconsciousness, Gary finally arrives—too late to undo the cruelty she has suffered.
