Story

The story

Cyrus and his wife Rory McGrath have turned their marriage into a war. When Rory's lover, Jesse O'Connell, provokes him, Cyrus strikes back, and Rory answers in kind, leaving both men unable to father children. Cyrus severs her pinky in return, and for a while the two seem bound to torment each other until death.

Then Rory tosses a divorce agreement in front of him, coldly announcing that she is undergoing IVF for Jesse and owes him a home. She offers Cyrus two choices: jump together and let fate decide, or sign and never see her again. Cyrus answers with a choice of his own, and Jesse is left dangling from a crane as Rory is forced to decide who she will save.

When she runs to Jesse without a backward glance, Cyrus makes his move, determined to haunt them both like a shadow that never dies and never lets go.
