Too Late For Regrets: I Married Your Rival

At a yacht party, Julian Sterling dives overboard and kisses another woman in the water for three minutes while the deck watches in silence. When he surfaces, he calls Nora jealous in front of everyone. She takes off her engagement ring, leaves it on the table, and walks away at twenty-two.

Five years later, Nora is marrying Ethan Vance on a tropical island. Julian crashes the wedding, certain she is only testing him, and demands she come home. She refuses, and security drags him out. That night he learns his assistant has kept sixty sealed monthly reports on Nora, none of which he ever opened, and he orders a background check on Ethan's company.

Back from her honeymoon, Nora is asked to lead negotiations with the Sterling Group. Ethan tells her to negotiate on her own turf.
