Story
The story
After four years bedridden from a car accident that cost her her license, Grace secretly enrolls in driving school to help her struggling husband Ryan, who claims to be away on a business trip. When a young student named Mia hits her, shattering two toes, Mia's mother Summer slaps down a card and demands an apology. Then a man rushes over to defend Mia — and Grace recognizes her own husband, dressed in a custom suit and calling himself Mia's father.
Ryan admits the affair and the daughter, saying his rebuilt fortune is in his parents' names and a divorce will leave Grace with nothing. He offers her a comfortable life if she stays silent. Reeling, Grace learns from her best friend that the woman is Summer Reed, and that the bar where Ryan was beaten four years ago was where he fought over her.
Confronting Ryan, Grace hears the truth: Mia is twenty-one, three years older than their own daughter — born before Grace and Ryan ever married.
