My Wife Sent Me to Cremation for Her First Love

After a speedboat collision leaves him drowning and unconscious, Ethan Clarke is rushed to Riverside Memorial Hospital, where his wife, Serena Caldwell, is a top surgeon. Instead of treating him, Serena declares him brain dead, signs the cremation authorization, and turns her attention to Nathan Cross, her high school ex-boyfriend, who was injured in a car accident.

Ethan is conscious but unable to move as Serena signs the death certificate and arranges his cremation with Westbridge Funeral Home. Trapped in cold storage, he fights to signal that he is alive before the chamber claims him. When he finally wakes in a hospital bed, the doctors question how a patient declared dead could revive, while Serena remains in surgery for Nathan.

As cerebral edema threatens his life, Serena refuses to operate on her own husband, leaving Dr. Logan Mitchell to fight for him. Ethan must survive the surgery and confront the woman who chose another man over him.
