Explosive Betrayal: When Love Couldn't Save Us

Scarlett and her best friend Quinn marry into the Xylander family at the same time. Scarlett's husband, Chuck, is a bomb disposal expert, while Quinn's husband, Harry is a master negotiator. Their happiness seems complete when both women discover they are pregnant on the same day.

But before they can share the news, their husbands' old enemy, Chester Wind, abducts them along with Melinda Sutton, the woman the brothers grew up with. Chester straps bombs to all three women and forces Chuck and Harry to choose whom to save. The brothers choose Melinda, leaving Scarlett and Quinn to face the explosion alone.

Gravely injured and grieving the child she lost, Scarlett calls Chuck to ask for a divorce. He dismisses her pain, accusing her of lying about the pregnancy to compete with Melinda. As Quinn also ends her marriage, both women must confront the devastating truth about the men they once trusted.
