The man who swore to love me all his life, separated from me...

Everyone says Nolan loves Lydia as if his life depends on it. He took a knife for her, and he married her even after learning she could never have children, despite his family's disapproval. She believed that love would last forever.

Then she sees him at the hospital, gently carrying another woman into the maternity ward, murmuring that this is their first child. When she calls, he says he is at the office in a meeting. At home he hugs her, brings her favorite dumplings and red date soy milk, and swears his love has not changed. Yet she smells another woman's perfume, and in a hidden compartment of his car she finds a second phone full of photos, a contact saved as Sweetheart, and a chat history stretching back three years.

Lydia remembers the orphan boy she once sheltered, the boy who beat anyone who insulted her, who nearly died to protect her. Now she must decide whether to confront him or let go of a love that has become part of her.
