Story

The story

Lucas sends his wife Olivia to a reform school for the sake of his childhood sweetheart, Chloe. Inside, Olivia is beaten, electrocuted and tormented, and on the third night she dies in a cramped dormitory. A year later, Lucas drives to the school to collect the obedient wife he believes he has tamed.

A woman greets him at the gate and hugs him. He brings her home and calls her Olivia, unaware that the real Olivia is dead and that the woman beside him is her twin sister, Sophia. Olivia's spirit follows them back to the city, watching as Lucas hides Chloe from his returned wife.

At home, Chloe breaks the purple jade bracelet Olivia's grandmother left her, and Lucas slaps Olivia for pushing Chloe away. Olivia's spirit sees everything Lucas has done, every meal and every intimate encounter with Chloe, and knows it all clearly.
