After My Death, He Abandoned His First Love and Cried For Me

Everyone knows Katherine Hermosa as the woman who spent ten years at Clement Lance's side, first as a shy girl and now as a celebrated pop star whose whole career came from him. When he finally says the words she has waited a decade to hear, she agrees to a premarital check-up and a marriage license.

But on the day of the check-up, Clement is late, and the hospital calls to tell her she has stomach cancer. Across the street, a screen shows Clement standing behind Windsor Quill, the woman he could never forget, at the airport. She hides the diagnosis and returns home to find Windsor in his life again, wearing his coat and meeting his parents.

With only months left, Katherine plans a farewell party and asks whether she was ever loved as herself or only as a stand-in for Windsor. Clement calls her stubborn, and Windsor tells her he no longer needs her.
